Parents and their children will have the opportunity to meet with teachers to discuss their children’s progress and share learning goals the afternoon of Wednesday, October 20 and during the day Thursday, October 21. To facilitate this, senior school classes will dismiss at 2:15pm on October 20. No classes will be in session October 21.
We encourage students to join their parents at these sessions, although this is not mandatory. We invite students to engage in the dialogue about their learning and to be actively working to make choices that will improve their learning. Meetings may include students sharing their goals and showing their progress. The meetings may also be an opportunity for parents and teachers to speak alone. However the format, the sessions help set the stage for progress throughout the year.
Senior School Registration Process
Parent-initiated bookings begin October 14. All parents will be able to book 10-minute appointments with senior school teachers by going to WolfNet > Resources > Progress & Goal Sharing. Conferences run from 3pm-6pm on October 20 and 8:30am-1:30pm on October 21. The booking deadline is Monday, October 18. There is a booking limit of three meetings per student. If you wish to meet with more teachers or if the timing does not work for you, please email the teachers directly to arrange a meeting on another day.
In some instances, senior reception will contact parents at a teacher's request to book meetings prior to the general opening on October 14.
If you have difficulty booking teacher interviews, contact our IT department.
