2. Apply
  • To apply, click here to create an online account. Please use an email address you can use throughout the application process. Once you start the application form, you can save your work and return to it at any time.
  • Next, you will receive an email stating that your application has been received. Please allow up to 48 hours for the Admissions Office to process your application and email an application checklist. The application checklist allows you to upload additional supporting documents to your online application. These documents include, if applicable: child’s birth certificate, report card(s), one character reference letter and one academic reference letter. Please email your reference letters here, to the attention of Lynne Stanger, Director of Admission and Enrollment.
For the 2018-2019 school year, the application deadline is December 1, 2017.

3. Assessment
We assess every applicant to determine their academic strengths, social readiness and potential for success at West Point Grey Academy. Assessments vary per grade, with each assessment designed to assess a student’s ability in numeracy, literacy and social skills. The assessment provides us with a sample of the student's work and, along with the application form, school reports (if applicable) and reference letters, offers insight into an applicant’s readiness and fit for WPGA.
