Submit Your Supporting Documents

Submit Your Supporting Documents:
Your full Admissions Progress Checklist will be available three business days after you start your application. This checklist is where you'll upload all required application documents and track your progress.

To be considered for admission in 2024, supporting documents must be received by October 25, 2023 for JK, kindergarten and grade 1, and by November 1, 2023 for grades 2-12. The exceptions are the 2023-2024 interim and June 2024 report cards, which you can upload as soon as you receive them.

In fairness to all applicants, only the requested documents will be reviewed. Kindly refrain from sending or uploading items not mentioned on the checklist, such as reference letters, certificates, videos or photos.  If you would like to provide additional information about your child's interests and accomplishments, we encourage you to include it in the Parent and/or Student Questionnaire (grades 6 to 12) sections of your application. Your input is valuable to us in understanding your child better.

We appreciate your attention to these instructions and look forward to receiving your application. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to connect with the Enrolment Team. We are here to support you throughout this process.

Since 1996, West Point Grey Academy has gratefully resided on the Jericho Lands, the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Indian Band), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation and sə̓lílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nation. Honoured to learn and play on these beautiful lands, we endeavour to be a leader in Indigenous education. In creating shared understanding and opportunities, we hope to help foster a more equitable society for all.
