Jackets for Morocco

By Ms. Megan MacMillan, Communications Director

Last year, Ali Bouziane on our maintenance team found a bag of unlabelled jackets and hats in the Lost & Found that had not been donated to charity. He and his wife, teacher Alana Bouziane, sorted and washed the outerwear, which
Ali distributed to nomads outside his hometown of Figuig, Morocco last month, along with an extra bag of clothes with funds from our service budget. The children and youth who received the clothes were so grateful; click here for wonderful pictures and video clips. Thank you to Ali and Alana for making this meaningful service initiative happen.
