Cross Country Wins at Sea to Sky Championships

By Mr. Sean Dawson, Cross Country Coach

On October 26, our Wolves competed in the Vancouver-Sea-2-Sky Championships. Their level of effort, team camaraderie and competitiveness was beyond compare: our junior girls were crowned Zone Champions, the junior and senior boys teams were awarded silver, and our senior girls finished 3rd (one point from the silver medal). The team gives a big shout-out to Peter Neill '23, who was awarded senior boys individual champion!

We are proud and excited to announce that the following students will represent WPGA at the BCSS Cross-Country Championships, which take place November 4/5 at St. Michael's University School.

  • Junior Girls: Rachel Milau, Cadelle Roberts, Sophie Dawe, Lily Howard, Willow Bourbonnais, Mary Neill, Juju Woolfenden, Rose Finlayson, Ella Steenburgh
  • Junior Boys: Ben Campbell, Miller Dabbs, Tommy Gibson, Sawyer Turriff-Pike, Ryan Howard, Leighton Austin, Cyrus Rucchin
