Varsity Track & Field Provincials Recap

Wow! What a terrific end to our 2023 track and field season.

This past weekend, 45 Wolves competed in the BC High School Track & Field Championships in Langley. These athletes showed tenacity and determination, battling high temperatures, wicked head wins and damp wet weather, and yet they were still able to post numerous personal best performances (PBs), break school and provincial records, and place in the top 8 throughout the weekend. I would like to thank our coaching staff, Ms. Brenko, Mr. Dawson, Mr. Garinger, Katherine Lucas '16, Mr. Ampolu, Justin Khouw, and Elena Voloshin for their dedication and tireless commitment to helping support these athletes.

As well, congratulations to our graduating Wolves (Peter Neill, Liam Dachner, Ella Dawe, Alexandra Bradford-Patterson, Eva Kriebel). We will miss your leadership on the team next year and wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
