As mentioned in an email to all parents and staff last week, the Board of Directors and the Executive Team invite you to join us for a very important presentation of West Point Grey Academy’s vision for our future. There will be two identical presentations, on Monday, May 30 and again on Thursday, June 2, in the school Gymnasium from 6 – 7pm for you to choose from. Please save the date most convenient for your schedule.
This presentation will provide a retrospective on our growth to-date, outline our future vision for West Point Grey Academy and give you an opportunity to ask questions. For these evening sessions to be successful, it is essential that as many of our parents and staff as possible attend; your feedback is critical.
We are very excited about the future development of our campus and we look forward to sharing more details with you during the presentations.
Since 1996, West Point Grey Academy has gratefully resided on the Jericho Lands, the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Indian Band), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation and sə̓lílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nation. Honoured to learn and play on these beautiful lands, we endeavour to be a leader in Indigenous education. In creating shared understanding and opportunities, we hope to help foster a more equitable society for all.
