Outdoor Education is in Full Swing!

September is a busy time as we make the transition back into the classroom, but thankfully there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. A number of Outdoor Education trips are scheduled for the fall season, and if you are on one of these trips, please click here for more trip information and important dates, and for forms and parent letters, click here.

 

The grade 11 - 12 Skaha Bluffs Climbing trip will run from Thursday September 22 through Sunday September 25 and forms are due by September 9.

The list of grade 11 - 12 students and their OE selections can be found on each student’s portal page under “My Groups” in Outdoor Education 11-12. Download the Senior Student Trip Selection file. If there are any discrepancies, please email Ms. Logher.

At the end of the month, the grade 10 class will head to Strathcona Park on Vancouver Island for a week of adventure and exploration along Vancouver Island's coast line and up in the mountains.  Mr. Bendl and Ms. Logher will be around to the grade 10 advisories during the first week of classes to talk about the trip in general and the specific program choices.  Grade 10 Parents: please read the parent letter and have your son or daughter return their trip selection form to their advisor by September 14.
