We invite all grades 8-12 parents to Senior School Parent Night on Tuesday, September 20. This is a fun, busy night, as parents go (or run, rather!) from classroom to classroom meeting their child's advisor and teachers.
Refreshments will be available from 5:30pm in the dining hall. At 5:45pm, Tam Matthews, Head of School, and Stephen Anthony, Head of Senior School, will say a few remarks. Parents then visit classrooms based on their child’s advisory and class schedule; personalized schedules will be sent to parents in advance.
Late Arrivals: If arriving late, please check your schedule and join the class in progress. If unsure, see senior reception to be directed to the class and to receive a copy of your schedule, if needed.
Absences: If unable to attend the event, please review your child's course pages on WolfNet, which describes course content and assessment processes. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact your child's advisor and teachers.
We look forward to seeing you at Parent Night. Wear your running shoes and prepare to have a great time!
Since 1996, West Point Grey Academy has gratefully resided on the Jericho Lands, the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam Indian Band), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) Nation and sə̓lílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nation. Honoured to learn and play on these beautiful lands, we endeavour to be a leader in Indigenous education. In creating shared understanding and opportunities, we hope to help foster a more equitable society for all.
