By Izzy M., Grade 12 Student

Ready for the theatrical performance of 2013? Mark your calendars for January 31, when the senior school debuts The Crucible
By Izzy M., Grade 12 Student

"You have two options: You may either lie, confessing to the world that you have been practising black magic, or you will be hanged. Disgrace your name or die. Which do you choose?"

Welcome to Salem, Massachusetts, 1692. This is your life. It is dark times here. Voodoo dolls, satanic rituals and a band of vile witches threaten you and all the townsfolk. Who are the wicked? They could be your best friends. They could be your neighbours. But people are saying that it is you.

Want to get a better taste of the deranged delusional chaos of the Salem witch trials? Witness Arthur Miller’s controversial classic The Crucible, performed by the senior school drama department. It will scare you, soften you, enrage you and entertain you.

Be there or be witched.
