We're excited to hold the 5th Annual Clive Austin Solo Music Competition on Tuesday, February 7 at Pyatt Hall, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra School. This event is open to the public.

The 5th Annual Clive Austin Solo Music Competition is around the corner and this is a reminder that it’s time to apply for this great opportunity to display your talent. The competition repertoire must be of a substantial classical nature approved by Mrs. Goddard. The intention for this competition is to promote, celebrate and showcase excellence among young musicians! There are 4 first place prizes. The categories are:
  1. Band instrumentalists
  2. String instrumentalists
  3. Pianists
  4. Voice
Competitors in each category will have the potential to win first prize of $100 and a trophy. All competitors will receive a written adjudication from the panel of  esteemed judges.
