Senior School Arts Week 2026

By Ms. Margot Harms, Head of Fine and Performing Arts, Senior School

Arts Week 2026 will take place from April 14–17 in the Senior School. Organized by the Arts Council, this much-anticipated week celebrates the creativity and talent of WPGA students through a vibrant series of showcases and events.

Throughout the week, our visual arts students will share their work in the annual Spring Art Show, displayed in the hallways. The celebration of visual arts continues with the Art Fair and a series of student-led workshops, offering opportunities for hands-on engagement and creative exploration led by our talented students.

Performing arts will also take centre stage. The community can enjoy morning music performances in the senior lobby, as well as lunchtime performances in the outdoor tent. Highlights include an improv presentation by drama students and a preview of the Spring Concert, featuring a strings rehearsal. In the evening, Coffee House will bring together the school’s musical and dramatic talents in a lively and engaging showcase.

We are especially excited to conclude Arts Week with our closing ceremonies, featuring a special performance by professional mime artist Joylyn Secunda.
