AP Scholars List
Each year the College Board, which administers the Advanced Placement Program, recognizes superior student achievement on the Advanced Placement exams. There are numerous categories of achievement, from that of AP Scholar to National Scholar. In order to earn one of these awards, a student must write a certain number of exams and achieve to a certain level. Students who earn a 5 are considered to have achieved 96%, a 4 equates to an 86% and a 3 to 76%. In the exams written in May of 2011, we are pleased to announce that more students than ever before have been recognized with awards. The Class of 2011 produced an outstanding eight National Scholars. We are immensely proud of the achievements of these students and their teachers.
