Navigating the School Website

At WPGA, we strive to streamline all school communications, including our website, www.wpga.ca, which is the gateway to the Howl (current and archived issues), student assignments (grades 5-12), class pages, the staff directory and event registrations. While we work to establish “single sign-on,” whereby parents need log in only once to access all school accounts from the website, currently parents must login separately to access these four areas or accounts: the School Portal, your child's cafeteria account, your child's student account, and online tuition payments.

Website > School Portal
When you click "School Portal" on the website, you will be directed to a page that features a grey box, otherwise known as a channel, titled "Parents and Students." Within that channel, you can access "Cafeteria" and "Student and Household Information." (Parents' username is firstname.lastname)

School Portal > Cafeteria 
When you click "Cafeteria" on the School Portal, you will be directed to our cafeteria account website. Log in to add funds to or monitor activity on your child's cafeteria account. (Parents' username is the email address provided to the school.)

School Portal > Student Information Portal 
When you click “Student and Household Information” on the School Portal, you will be directed to our student information portal. Log in to access your child’s report card, update household information and, in the Senior School, select courses. (Parents' username is firstname.lastname)

School Portal > Online Tuition Payments
When you click "Pay Tuition Online" (under Tuition and Other Forms) on the School Portal, you will be directed to our online payment provider. Set up a one-time registration to pay tuition and other fees online. (Parents' username is the email address provided to the school.)

We realize navigating these systems and entering multiple logins is cumbersome and, at times, confusing. By next year, we hope to have one login for all accounts.
